In-person & Virtual Team Building In New York City

The event was fantastic. It helped to build community and ease some anxiety around current events. Many of my staff returned to work talking about how much fun they had and how nice it was to engage in something non-academic with one another.

We came from all over the globe and never met each other before today. We came together and did something fantastic. I enjoyed doing something that I’ve never done before and seeing the pleasure it brought to the children’s faces. It was very moving.

It was an awesome team builder. It was more fun than we expected. In the team environment, everyone had a skill or something to bring to the table that helped us achieve the goals and do all the tasks. It was challenging, it brought us together, and we learned about ourselves. I think at the end of the day, it was a really awesome experience. We’ll have this memory for a lifetime.

This session gave us all practical tools to be much more effective in our careers at Otsuka. We all walked away with tangible improvements that we can hold each other accountable for. Thank you!

I thought your team handled the organization very thoroughly. The event coordinator was such a pleasure to work with on the day of the activity. Our employees really enjoyed the competition. The Outback staff didn’t leave anything out! They thought of everything from decorations to set up. 10/10!

The app was very easy to use and my group had a great time. While I did not participate in the actual challenges, the group is very competitive, and returned quite pumped up. They thoroughly enjoyed it and we will do another one in the future. 10/10!

You put together an organized, well-structured, and energetic activity that had everyone laughing and working their hardest to outwit, outlast, and outplay the other teams.

This was our second time using Outback Team Building & Training – very well organized, and plenty of staff on hand to ensure a successful event. As with last year’s event, I appreciate the level of communications provided and the professionalism everyone exhibits.
